Menggugat otoriterisme di Asia Tenggara: Perbandingan dan pertautan antara Indonesia dan Malaysia
Challenging Authoritarianism in Southeast Asia is one of the first in-depth comparative studies of contemporary Indonesia and Malaysia, homes of the world's largest Muslim population. It attempts to respond to the impasse of the so-called 'transition from authoritarian to democracy paradigm and adopts broader senses of politics, power, and authoritarianism, challenging our familiar understanding of gender, Islam, ethnicity, and social classes. It will interest students and researchers of Asian Studies, Political Science, Sociology and Cultural Studies.
